On July 30, Shanghai Financial Work Leading Party Group’s Secretary Kong Qingwei and his party of over 20 people visited DOBE for an investigation. Changning District Party Committee Secretary Wang Weiren and other leaders accompanied the visitors throughout the visit.
The Investigation Group visited Founder Entrepreneurial Community and enterprise dianping.com in DOBE E-manor of Changning, learnt their development situation and needs, and had cordial exchanges with them. Founder Entrepreneurial Community’s founder Wan Lijiang introduced to the Investigation Group: “Founder Entrepreneurial Community provides entrepreneurs with joint offices, carefree enterprise services, and selectively invests in the park’s entrepreneurial teams, to inject capital into their businesses.” Mr. Kong nodded to show his appreciation of Founder’s incubation and support for the teams in the park.
After that, the Investigation Group held a colloquium in New Changning Group’s IBP International Conference Center. DOBE Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo attended the colloquium on invitation. At the colloquium, Mr. Kong stressed the importance of “innovative development” on the basis of the national and Shanghai’s 20 policies for constructing an innovation center for science and technology. He also put forward that government financial departments should keep in step with the situation, provide powerful support for the innovation and development of Shanghai finance. DOBE tried rent for equity and partner loan projects, and explored the “mass venture, small loan” pattern, which was highly commended by Mr. Kong.
