Constructing Platform to Collect Funds for Enterprises
The Promotion Seminar of Investment and Financing Sub-platform of Public Service Platform of Design Capital of Shanghai were held in Dobe E-Manor of Changning District in the afternoon of June 20th. The government, banks and enterprises undertook face-to-face exchanges to discuss how to assist the cultural and creative enterprise in obtaining the bank loan.
Several enterprises in Dobe Zone, including NDA New Design Associate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Paras Talent Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinyu Advertisement Communication Co., Ltd. and Wiki Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., attended the seminar. Wu Jin, Assistant of Director of Financial Cooperation Department of Shanghai Municipal Finance Office, made a speech in the seminar to introduce the background of the investment and financing sub-platform and explained the service framework and operation procedure of the investment and financing sub-platform by cases. Pudong Development Bank, one of the cooperative banks, also dispatched the representative to share the supporting measure, characteristic product system and successive case of the financing of the creative industry.
As one of the five financing service acceptance points in Shanghai established by the investment and financing sub-platform, Changning Dobe E-Manor will continue to exert the advantage of high degree of industrial cluster to cooperate with both the bank and enterprise to assist the cultural and creative enterprise in obtaining the bank loan. Until now, the acceptance point of Changning Dobe E-Manor has assisted enterprises in the zone in obtaining more than 10 million Yuan of bank loan to meet their urgent needs.
